Admission Process
The admission process at Sardar Patel Public School is designed to be transparent and fair. We follow a systematic procedure to ensure that all applicants are given equal opportunity.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Step 1: Registration
- Obtain the admission form from the school office or download from the website
- Fill in all required details accurately
- Submit the completed form along with required documents
- Pay the registration fee (non-refundable)
Step 2: Entrance Examination
- For classes 1st onwards, students need to appear for an entrance test
- The test assesses basic knowledge in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness
- Test dates will be communicated after registration
- For Pre Primary, an interaction session is conducted instead of a written test
Step 3: Interaction Session
- Shortlisted candidates (along with parents) are called for an interaction
- This helps us understand the student's interests and expectations
- Parents can also clarify any queries during this session
Step 4: Admission Confirmation
- Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter
- Submit all required documents for verification
- Pay the admission fee and first installment of tuition fee
- Complete the admission formalities

- Birth certificate (original and photocopy)
- Previous school's transfer certificate (if applicable)
- Previous year's report card/mark sheet
- Passport size photographs (4 copies)
- Medical certificate
- Address proof (Aadhaar card/utility bill)
- Parent's ID proof
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Permanent Education Number (PEN)

Eligibility Criteria
- Pre Primary: Child should be 3+ years as on 1st April of the admission year
- Class 1: Child should be 6+ years as on 1st April of the admission year
- Age criteria apply proportionally for higher classes
- Good academic record from previous school (for higher classes)
